I can't find their components online but would like to know the precise inhibitors they use.
The information is proprietary. I couldn't find it. Here is a nice product guide, however.

Too bad composition is not know for the complete coctail. All I can add is that the analogous Pierce tablets (now Thermo?), although claimed to be water-soluble, is difficult to solubilize when added straight to an aqeous solution, e.g. 50 ml of cell extract. This was the case at least in 2014. Never had such issues with the Roche tablets.
Should be:
aprotinin, bestatin, calpain I, calpain II, chymostatin, E-64, leupeptin, alpha-marcoglobulin, pefabloc SC, pepstatin, TLCK-HCL, trypsin inhibitor.
But they did not send the concentration of each!

I performed a MALDI-TOF measurement on a protein in presence of this cocktail.
Range: 5-55 kDa
One peak around 6.6 kDa that might be aprotinin.
There is a protein adduct of around +180 Da that might be AEBSF.
I do not see the 6.6 kDa peak and this +180 Da shift in absence of the cocktail.

The answer above of Lounès Haroune is not correct. Pepstatin for example is definitely not included in the Roche Complete tablets, as can be found in the product manual.
