you are right dear dr.at the beginning i am glad to get the iged model and finally know its only the original geometry without the deformed shape.
please if you find a command to get the deformed geometry tell me

Dear Majid Midhat Saeed I don't know the exact answer of your question (i.e. getting IGES file of deformed shape), but there is a UPGEOM command in ANSYS. This command updates the geometry of the finite element model according to the displacement results of the previous analysis and creates a revised geometry at the deformed configuration. For details you may check google or ANSYS help.
I used it long back to study the effect of an imperfection (occurred during manufacturing) on the buckling behavior of a cylinder.
