I am interested in evaluating the effects of the Bumetanide in neonatal subjects. However, I am having some inconveniences (precipitation) in the dilution of the drug and I would like to know if you could give me any indication.

We would like to know which solvent was used to solubilize the drug and at what concentration. In addition, it could indicate whether heat was used in the process ( which temperature and how long) and whether it was required to adjust the PH of the final solution. Finally, the prepared solution could be stored at refrigerate temperature or is recommended used on the day
