Specifically, I am working with mesenchymal spheroids ~200-300um. I would like to transfer them out of round bottom plates into another plate to study their function and perform imaging analysis. Ideally, I would like to use a pipet, but other methods would be useful to learn about.

Use these pipette tips and a 1mL pipette. A serological pipette will do also.

You can also use your regular 1 mL pipette tips but cut the ends off to make them wider. Be careful not to cut too far up or set your pipette to 1 mL. Because if your solution volume is 1 mL it may touch the pipette itself and get lost inside when you transfer.
