If this is the case, you can culture the cells in regular flasks and, when ready to ship, fill the flask with fresh culture medium and use a non-ventilated cap to avoid leaking and contamination. If the cells are not very delicate, they will survive the shipment.
Another option is to freeze the cells and ship them in either liquid nitrogen or dry ice, I've successfully shipped cells from one country to another with 1-2 days transit time.
