I need to compare data of two ratios. The ratio obtained by treatment : control reading from qPCR. I am not sure whether the conventional t test would be ok to determine significance between two ratios.
So, I need experts opinion to use best method to determine significance between ratios.

It depends and there is still some debate, though if I understand your situation there is agreement t-test would not be recommended. A good starting point is:

The read-out of qPCR experiments are dCt values. The difference between conditions (control / treated) is typically analyzed as the difference in mean dCt values. dCt values are approximately normal distributed, so using a t-test here would be ok.
