You need to do a standardized ELISA coated with your Antigen. You can buy conjugate antibodies for example chicken anti-mice IgG(light + heavy chains) labeled with a peroxidase enzyme. Once your ELISA is standardized, you can easily run your samples and check antibody titers. Using Standardized ELISA, 90 samples can be tested in 2-3 hours.

I understood that your question is related to the statistical way to represent the antibody titers, if it is, the geometric mean of the reciprocals of the dilutions is the best way.

The numeric summary of all mice can be the geometric mean (± standard deviation) of the reciprocal of the titers. The graphic representation can be a dot plot or a box plot of of each titer (or the logarithmic transformation of it), and can be used a graphic of error bars of the geometric mean ± standard deviation (could be also: ± standard error or ± 95% confidence interval).
