We prepared thin films by dissolving PHA in chloroform in a glass Petri dish and then let the chloroform slowly evaporate.

Dissolving with sonication and heat or just as such? and whats the way to purify them after extraction with hypochlorite? The NMR Peaks show darker bands

Enclosed a publication with the extraction and purification protocol. Finally, PHA was dissolved in chloroform at room temperature. Chloroform was evaporated overnight to obtain a PHA-film.
