i am using 2000 crr/r and polishing cloth with ultrasonication and ethanol degreasing, later drying in hot air.
Will vacuum drying after degreasing with acetone better?
Acetone is indeed better for degreasing, and also easier to eliminate by vacuum drying. Use it very pure for avoiding white marks after drying.
