I am doing some roasting work using hydrogen gas. There is a possibility that off gas will contain some hydrogen gas as well. I need some suggestions on disposal of Hydrogen gas. Also, Is it safe to combust hydrogen gas using a bunsen burner since the amount of hydrogen in the off gas will be around 10 to 20% ?

The first matter to consider is safety. Make sure that your gas's hydrogen concentration is below the explosion limits (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.mathesongas.com/pdfs/products/Lower-(LEL)-%26-Upper-(UEL)-Explosive-Limits-.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjLyN_40pjhAhUQNhoKHViQAmMQFjABegQIAhAB&usg=AOvVaw37WC9jNnmlCVELD7qZkErV). You can achieve this through dilution with an inert gas like Ar or N2.
Once safe, you can combust the gas with air. That should be simple enough.
