This male tick seems Hyalomma truncatum but identification of ticks can not be determined solely by these photos because you have to consider many factors such as:
a) the geographic area and host of collection (how many Hyalomma tick species are present?)
b) compare other Hyalomma ticks in the area using identification keys
c) after morphological identification confirm molecularly by sequencing.
This tick specimen undoubtedly presents as some member of the hard tick genus Hyalomma, but more precise identification is not possible based solely on these images. This genus comprises nearly 30 species worldwide, and although information on its geographic provenance would narrow the field of possibilities, the only path to a definitive morphological species identification would be careful study of the actual specimen under a microscope.
