What is the best way to calculate the ID/IG ration in Raman Spectroscopy? In the literature people use direct intensity to calculate the ID/IG ration and others are calculate by area under the curve.
Thanks.
I have found the attached paper very interesting in the Raman data discussion.
Dhanraj B Shinde Thank U.
Hi,
For measuring the ID/IG you should measure the area under the curve by peak fiting. You can use XPSPeak41 software for the same.
You can use Origin 8.5 also to obtain the ID/IG by fitting the area under the curve.
Go to origin, Calculate the area of D band and G band (Can be done by curve fitting) Divide both to get Id/Ig ratio.
I am looking for any research article that demonstrate the effect of different length and Tm of Primers used in LAMP reactions. Does the Bst 2.0 Polymerase have any impact on the Tm of primers?
