Hello,

I want to control the temperature of my ELISA plate during incubations to get consistent results. In general, what is the best temperature to coat the plate with antibody? I have been using room temperature for 5-8 hours. However, my room temperature fluctuates and therefore I will start performing this and other incubations in an adiabatic chamber. Should I mimic room temperature, or use 37C or maybe 30C? Does this vary between antibodies?

Thank you.
