For some ELISA sssays you can seal the plate against evaporation and incubate overnight at 4 °C

First, an adiabatic chamber may necessarily not control the temperature fluctuation; what it does is to prevent heat transfer from the surroundings to the system. Therefore, you may need to monitor closely your medium.

Second, it is important to note that all companies that manufacture the ELISA kits give a range for room temperatures. So, you may have to go through the guide to select one from the ranges which you will have to be consistent with. The room temperature recommended is usually for processes like the incubation.

Lastly, it is advisable to STORE your antibodies at temperatures as low as 4 °C. Just as enzymes' activities and structures can be affected and denatured (respectively) by extreme temperatures, so can the antibody's. Sometimes, antibodies are stored at even below 4 °C to prevent degradation and microbial interactions.

While doing Eliza I incubated at 37degrees centigrade for an hour n got desired results.

Don't forget to seal your plate.

Hope it goes well.

Roughly 1 hour at 37 Celsius degrees gives the same result as 5 hours at 21C or 4C overnight. It is about getting saturation of antibodies on the polystyrene surface.

30 min at 37 degrees centigrade (cover to avoid evaporation)

It can be done at different temperatures. ON at 4oC, 1 hour at RT, or 30min at 37oC. I will suggest you test different temperatures and times to see what is the best for your protein.
