Sequencing facilities often require a very high quantity and quality of genomic DNA to perform de-novo genome sequencing. Many commercial DNA extraction kits are available in the market and many protocols (e.g. CTAB) widely adopted and considered a standard. So, on the best of your knowledge/experiences, what is the method you use or have used successfully in order to get good quantity/quality DNA form fungal tissues and had your genome sequenced?
