I am doing gasification. My process parameters are Temperature, Biomass/catalyst ratio, holding time and heating rate and responses are H2, CO, CO2, and CH4. Could you please suggest to me any modelling software I can use for this specific approach.

Yu could use ChemkinPro software, for microkinetic modeling of your gasification process. I understand it would be a batch reactor. The software at least allows you to input the type of reactor, initial temperature, heat flux into reactor (connect with heating rate) and the density of active catalytic sites (which you roughly calculate from biomass/catalyst ratio). You just need a microkinetic model from literature (or your own)
Even you can use Asphen Plus software.. In this software you can all kind of chemical process.
Reactive design can be designed in Ansys, later can be simulated using CFD also
You can use Aspen Plus reactor blocks to model gasification reactions. It can also model solid biomass.
In my humble opinion, the best software for gasification modeling is the Comsol Multiphysics (I use it). It consist from many different modules, which simulate various processes. In particular, I use Chemical Engineering module (for kinetics calculation), Heat Transfer module (for heat and mass transfer and hydrodynamics calculation inside the gasifier). However you can try use Ansys Fluent software too if you want.

May I know what exactly data we need to simulate the gasification process or the effect of any particular parameter like temperature or biomass loading and ER.
Since I have not used any software yet and having very low knowledge abt it. So would be better if you could explain to me more.
I have to simulate the following parameters;
1) Effect of process parameters (Temp, biomass loading etc) on response like H2, CO, CO2 AND CH4.
2) Heat and mass transfer
3) and may be the Kinetics.
Actually currently I am in experimental stage so i want to knw the parameters i need to focus/or date during the experiments, which i will use later for simulation.

As for me, I research the bitumen gasification process. That is why I interesting your research field.
