Hi,

I am looking for a software that can analyze recordings of spontaneous action potentials and spontaneous currents. Not just limited to it but can also be used to analyze other recordings ranging from calcium currents to miniEPSP's and IPSP's etc. I understand that there are many software's like IgorPro, Spike2, pClamp 11 and many other that have their own fan base but for me something that is user friendly and can analyze all the variables like peak amplitude, interspike interval, spike frequency, decay time, threshold, latency to spike, mini spikes etc. will be great. Basically, a software that can do most of the analysis and also has a coding interface is preferred. I have never coded but I am willing to learn. Any suggestion will be helpful.

Thanks
