I suppose give the 7.81 g or 8.6 ml of the dimethyl sulfoxide into a measuring glass and to give the pure water stepwise and stir the mixture. The resulting volume should be 100 ml.

It is important to give the attention to the fact, that the dimethyl sulfoxide has the melting point 19 °C; therefore it is necessary keep the temperature during the manipulation above this value.

The second very important property of dimethyl sulfoxide is its toxicity and the ability to penetrate through the skin. It is necessary to use thick plastic gloves (not the nitrile) and not to inhale the vapours (narcotic properties, danger of fall asleep).
