I am currently working on isolating primary endothelial cells from mouse aorta and have been growing the cells on Corning Matrigel Membrane mix. What is the best way to digest the matrigel without losing large amounts of cells? I have used Dispase in the past but that seems to result in large amounts of cell loss. I am growing the cells on 48-well plates along with endothelial cell growth factors. TIA!
