Thanks, Andrey. how much was it a read, how big a genome were you sequencing and how deep were you reading?

Around 36Gb of data cost €2500, but it was about 8 months ago. Now they have a permission to use Illumina Hiseq X10 for non-human genomes, so I expect that this price should be much lower.
