I am looking for a really precise protocol for doing protein SDS PAGE and also Western blot and of course a good source for how to deal with their trouble shooting .
any kind of information would be appreciated in here .

In SDS-PAGE protein quality matters a lot. Intact proteins can lead to clear and good result. Please try to avoid degradation of proteins in extraction. You can see some of the troubleshoots in video link...

A lot of manufacturers of SDS-PAGE apparatus/solutions etc produce methods/protocols and trouble-shooting guides which are a very good source of information and can be downloaded as booklets
