BEST EXTRACTION AND ISOLATION PURIFICATION METHOD FOR QUERCETIN AND RESVERATROL FROM PLANT SOURCES?
(i.e)Quercetin from Apple and
Resveratrol from Blueberries?
AND also does phenol exist in Onion, Tomato and grapes and yellow pepper.
i did a qualitative test for phenol but i didn't get the exact color though. i followed ALUMINIUM CHLORIDE method.
