In literature, I have been seen two different models for plastic behavior of concrete:
1-Concrete smeared cracking (CSC)
2-Concrete damage plasticity (CDP)
according to abaqus documentation, for reinforced concretes, CSC is giving the best answer, but I don't have this parameters!
my concrete class is c45/55
what is tension stiffening for that? shear retention? failure ratios?

I am using CDP , however, you can find these parameters in the ABAQUS example manual in concrete slab simulation section.

I prefer CDP as I have more control on the convergence of the simulation. Both should give you similar results but in some cases, it depends to model complexity.

it seems a concrete slab to me and I think you can use the CSC with shell element like ABAQUS example manual for concrete slab. You can also used CDP with the 3D element. However, I am not sure what exactly you are looking for and what is the loading type?
I think ,this type of concrete behaves as a Beam.
this is a typical precast concrete for tunnel lining and the loading is only jacking thrust force of TBM (Axial force). .

"Finite element modeling of confined concrete-I: Drucker–Prager type plasticity model" This paper may give you some hints. Also it has a second paper by Damage Plasticity.
D-P model is plasticity based - compared to VonMises, it allows reduced tensile strength; otherwise normality principles are the same.
Concrete is not truly a plastic material - but can be approximately modelled using D-P (or many other versions of modified D-P)
Damage models are faster than the plasticity models (in terms of convergence) - but they can lock into serious problems if non-local formulation with appropriate characteristic length is not adopted.
Damage-Plasticity model is supposed to have gathered the best of both worlds. I am happy with this model in ABAQUS so far (I have several other materials apart from concrete in my structure - only for the concrete part, I use damage plasticity; for others UMAT or VUMAT is used).

models are:
1-hognestad concrete model
2- thorenfeldt concrete model

I have modeled CDP in Abaqus . You would probably have to define the compression and tension behaviour by the stress-strain relations suggested by authors.
