Phase change materials (PCM) characterized by low thermal conductivity which reduce and eliminate its usage in thermal storage. Adding nano-materials can enhance the thermal conductivity of a PCM. Which nano-material gives the maximum enhance rate of thermal conductivity.

Nanoparticles homogeneously and stably distributed in the volume of the base fluid having a high thermal conductivity, such as metal nanoparticles Cu, carbon nanotubes, etc. can give a maximum thermal conductivity enhancement of nanofluids
You could add nano aluminum powder to improve the thermal conductivity of the phase change material (PCM). Aother nano-metallic powder could also work but you have to be careful about material compatibility between the PCM material and the added nano-particles.
