I don't agree with Dr Salih. I think the life most the time is fair and the successful man always will be satisfy whether from work or his direct manager. However, your case is a special one. Both Doctors Salih and Reza are right. This time is not ideal. You can see people play fair and others are not. May be you are lucky to know that your manager hate you and want to destroy you, which makes you ready for any circumstances. Most of the managers face you with smile but they are ready to cut you into pieces in front of other higher degrees managers. They destroy their successful employees just to appear as all the success made by their department is their and no others have participated in it.

A common figure of life reality. Building a strong background in the field of your interest can not only make managers unleash his powers against you, but also trying to push his name in every work you perform. However, the harshest situation marge from the weakest knowledge and the shortest sight abilities the managers hold primarily in term of maleficence of your career. This is a very common problem as i said, more specifically, in states with low educational and social life and unfortunately, with such countries you have to submit to their needs or escape away if a chance has given. In the countries you mentioned, if every successful man escape without facing the evil and injustice, then these bad managers will win and stay in their places and will hurt more people. I think the successful man can find ways to detect and strip these manager to public, and after that if there is no result he can leave with minor losses.

I really appreciated these discussions because I am a victim of this circumstances. From my experiences, I tried to avoid the situation, but it was not possible because we must work together. I tried to report to higher authorities, but I was seen as too ambitious and trying to jump the gun. I tried to make peace, and it turned to a winning tone and an acceptance of guilt. I tried to fight back, and I was seen as a rebellious one. I tried to run away, but I realized that am running away from my destiny. So I have decided to fight on by facing all the consequences and believing that one day I shall be victorious.
