I am currently modelling convection in a solar still (2D steady state problem). Where the water surface temperature and glass cover temperature are constant. The properties of water vapor are fed and reference values provided. Using a SIMPLEC scheme and Initializing the problem the solution is obtained. However, initializing the solution procedure from water temperature yields a different result as from initialization from glass temperature.

Also the values of Nusselt number obtained are usually absurd 

Can someone guide me on the initialization of such a problem in Fluent. I also want comments on Nusselt number evaluation in fluent
