How about your graphene? Is it a film or powder?

In case of film (which you can deposit through CVD), you can transfer it onto your desired substrate HfO2/GaAs/Si (or any other) using conventional wet-etching or bubbling transfer methods.

In case of powder, You can prepare the dispersion of graphene powder and then employ the graphene coating on desired substrate by:

1. Spin coating when your sample is small (~1 cm2)

2. Spray or Drop Casting when your sample is large
