I want to assess of enzymes activity of 500 isolates of Trichoderma. I want to identify best isolates of Trichoderma and then I will use it as a biological agent against some of most important plant disease fungi such as Macrophomina phaseolina and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. After identification of the best isolates in enzymes producing, I can test them on plant.

I have read in many articles that glucanases and chitinases play a role in the biological control of Trichoderma isolates,

but I need to sure that which enzymes are important and which enzymes are useful and applied in control biologic.

1. Which enzymes are important in biological control of plant diseases?

For example: If Glucanases and Chitinases are important so that:

2. What is the best method to assess of these enzymes activity of Trichoderma isolates?
