Dear All,
I am planning to isolate primary hepatocytes from mouse and rat and I was wondering if anyone has experience with immortalisation protocols that they would like to share. If so, what immortalization method would you recommend to obtain physiologically-relevant immortalized hepatocytes?
On checking the literature there seems to be important differences between immortalization of human and rodent hepatocytes, so any learned opinions would be very welcome :)
