with respect to your remark 'which can be found in nuclear laboratory' you should think on natural uranium (metal sheet). It has a lot of lines between about 60keV and about 190keV. Most of then are gamma lines from daughter nuclides resulting from the decay but also U k-alpha and beta show up.
However it has a very low activity, but you can mount is directly in front of your detector. Measurement takes a while.
If appropriately mounted in a lead or tungsten shield the handling is very easy.
