I have amplified COI gene and for further sequencing, I need to purify it. Right now, I am looking for a purification kit. can anyone suggest one?

There is also a Gel extraction purification kit, which would be more useful than the above, as it allows you to purify PCR product of different Kb- http://www.lifetechnologies.com/order/catalog/product/K220001
Manual method is mostly the Gel elution technique, wherein you run the sample on low melting agarose, slice out the band of interest and proceed with melting in Low Melting/ Salt buffer, Phenol:Chloroform washes, precipitation with Isopropanol and resuspension in sterile distill water.

Although not identical to your question, you will see that the answers are similar. In other words, there is rarely a "best kit", but rather just many opinions. I do not know exactly what you are looking to do (maybe just Sanger sequencing?). If so, it is likely no purification is necessary. You could just treat with Exo SAP IT

Often the cheapest kit is the best kit (but depends a bit on sample and downstream application of course).
For Sanger sequencing: I just use the zympo kit, very cheap and fast
For Next-gen purposes: I use minelute kit from Qiagen and/or Agencourt AMPure XP kit from Beckman Coulter (it's not a kit it's magnetic beads)
The Qiagen PCR purification kit is great, but many other ones work well too, e.g. Promega, Zymo Research, ...
AMPure XP reagent kit from Beckman Coulter is based on magnetic beads.

I would suggest using microCLEAN for PCR clean-up kit, very easy to use with few steps to prevent contamination.
