I have written a review paper. The work does not contain any experimental works but it contains a very elaborate review of the antenna design techniques - starting from the analytical models of the 1980s through the simulation-based designs of the 2000s and finally the computer-aided algorithmic design - the recent trends. The paper is rejected by several journals. The reviewers suggest that I should include some experimental results implementing some of the reviewed works and compare them. This suggestion is not feasible because I am already running out of the page limit of most journals. Further, the exact implementation of most of the techniques reviewed is not possible because the papers generally don't provide a complete picture of how the work is done. There are always some missing pieces in papers.
Can anyone suggest to me any journal or upcoming book where I can publish it?
