We are about to order an ion chromatography system for analysis of anions, cations, and some organic compounds. I have only worked with Dionex systems in the past and wanted to know what else was available. Do you have any experience in regards to reliability, precision, cost, and flexibility of different systems that are available?

Dionex or Thermo Scientific as it is now called. But it depends on the sample matrix and the expected concentrations of the target ions.
Check the suppressor option before you decide. I think the service and application support you will have after the purchase should be the most important thing for your decision!
