Acacia drepanolobium is a species of acacia belonging to the Fabaceae family. It is native to East Africa.

South African aromo (Acacia karroo) is a species of Acacia native to southern Africa that forms a small to medium tall tree. It is difficult to differentiate from Acacia nilotica subsp. adstringens without examining the pods.
