What is the best in vitro models using SH-SY5y to stydy neuroprotective effect of BDNF,?

Dear Colleagues,

I need to investigate the neuroprotective and neurotrophy effect of BDNF in a diffrent approaches using diffrentiated and undiffrentiated SH-SY5Y cell line. Do you have any ideas which reference toxins (MPP, glutamate, 3-NP etc.) works the best for this cell lines and BDNF have effect against treatment with those compounds?
