Do you know what the likely contaminants etc are? The molecule is fairly polar but not so polar that I'd expect it to get lost in the solvent front. If you have a standard C18 column I'd start with that - if you're not separating it out from the contaminants then maybe look at a polar end-capped one to aid retention. I think the choice of mobile phase will be pretty important here as well, though like I say - it depends on what you're trying to separate it out from.
