I am looking for a way to digitize scanned clinical ECGs so that I can analyze time intervals. I say several MATLAB-based methods published but without the script itself. The method should be reliable of course, published, and be open source.
Can anyone give advice?

TNX for sharing problem. i think for this analysis you need huge image processing which some of this process need to manual adjustment e.g. if you want to find RR interval i think you must crop scans to R peak to find only a dot or something like that also for time interval calculation image of scans must separated to tiny squares of ECG paper and if peak was there became 1 if nothing was there became 0 and number of 0 multiply time unit of one square represents time interval !
