Which chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) kit is preferred when trying to do ChIP-sequencing?
- Millipore ChIP Assay kit or Magna ChIP-seq kit
- Active Motif ChIP-IT Express or ChIP-IT ChIP-Seq
- Diagenode iDeal ChIP-Seq kit
- Invitrogen Dynabeads Protein A Immunoprecipitation Kit
Or are there any better ones?
None of the kits are all that good, you would be better off to invest in a top-notch antibodies and using the published protocols and recipes.
This is the one I use, it is very flexible and easy to scale up or down.
