I am trying immunofluorescent staining of mouse brain tissues for CD4 and CD8. Does anyone here know any antibody that worked for them in fresh frozen mouse brain tissue?

Few information:

1. Trying to stain for CD4 and CD8.

2. Tissue has tumor so I expect CD4 and CD8 should be there.

3. I am using fresh/snap frozen tissue (it was not fixed). Fixing with Methanol during staining.

4. Blocking using 5% BSA and 0.1% Triton X100.

5. Tried couple antibodies with different dilutions. No luck yet.

Name of the antibodies I have tried:

1. CD8, 53-6.7, ebioscience.

2. CD8, 53-6.7, Novus

3. Cd8a, D4W2Z, Cell signaling technology

4. CD4, EPR19514, Abcam

5. CD4, pAb, Novus

Dilutions tried are 1/100 and 1/500 in 5% BSA.

I will really appreciate if anyone share the name of antibody and/or protocol that they have used to stain the mouse brain tissues for CD4 and/or CD8.
