What is the best and cheap rat liver homocysteine detection kit and tissue protein extraction reagent (for using homocysteine detection) ?

ı want to detect homocysteine levels in rat liver tissue with an elisa kit.There are alot of Kits and ı want to choose good and cheap one.I havent did this before; so ı need some advice. And is there any body have a protocol for preparation of tissue protein extraction reagent?
