I don't have experience of other XRD softwares, I have only used MDI/JADE software, it works fine in offline and has built in pdf files to recognize your (known or unknown) material crystallography. It works quick and easy with a good user friendly interface. It has all the relative information you need, like h,k,l values, ICDD card info etc. XRD database previously called JCPDS and now called ICDD.
