Using the Methylation Analysis Kit with qPCR, I will check the DNA for methylation. I already have a pair of methylated and unmethylated primers for this purpose. Only F and R primers appropriate for the DNA sequence in the kit should be used, though. Which primer—methylated or unmethylated—is preferable?
