I am trying to apply NML (Normalized Maximum Likelihood) information criterion using R, but I couldn't find the appropriate package.
For Mixed Effects modelling with R, I would suggest the "lme4" package [1].
Also, there is a nice tutorial, please have a look in the following pdf [2] which I also attach.
