I have been amplifying telomeres with a real-time PCR experiment and now I am having problems calculating the absolute length of the telomere.

From literature reviews I have found that the length of telomere in human varies between 8 to 15 kb. There are 2 telomeres in each chromosome which is equal to 92 telomeres in total including all 46 chromosomes. So, does this length mean the lengths of the telomeres in all 46 chromosome or just one end of the chromosome?

I have also attached a link that tells about the length of telomeres in different organisms, including human, and one PDF file that I am following for measuring absolute telomere length.

Can anyone please explain it to me or send me some paper that might explain and help me out of this ordeal?
