Have you already collected the data using that design? Generally speaking, the Solomon four-group design is seldom used because of its complexity. Apparently some people are drawn to it because Campbell and Stanley suggested that it eliminated nearly all threats to validity, but that was over 50 years ago, and if the design has not become popular over that period of time, that should tell you something.
What I would recommend instead is to make a list of the most serious threats to validity in your specific case, and then think about whether a Pre-Post design with a control would eliminate them. That design is much more common that the Solomon four-group, so you would need a clear justification for needing the more complex version.
