In aid of a project that I am currently completing for UCL, I need to know the exact RNA sequence of SARS-CoV-2 that the RNA-dependent RNA Polymerase binds to.

To clarify, I know that ORF1a and ORF1ab are translated by host machinery and subsequently cleaved to produce replicase/transcriptase subunits. I just cannot seem to find the exact RNA sequence that the Nsp12-based RNA-dependent RNA polymerase binds to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
