Syed, what are you trying to identify from your question? Simply definitions of KM or something more in-depth? KM has been a defined field of research for a couple of decades, but in real-life practice, organisations often find it difficult to implement KM programmes due to countless factors. I would advise checking out the 1000s of articles on KM; most journals and conferences nowadays, especially in the management and engineering fields, include KM within the scope of their calls. Hope this helps!
