Per Allen, R. (2018), there is a need for business leaders to grab ahold of disruptive technology to be in the competition and get new marketing strategies. Rogers diffusion of innovative theory and Christensen’s disruptive innovation theory were the conceptual frameworks founding the multiple case study which endeavored to explore business leaders’ strategies to sustain and integrate disruptive innovations. The end-result benefits social change in a positive manner by promoting greater livelihoods and increasing meaningful job occupations.
