I need to suppress the cytokine production by neutrophils in vitro.

You may want to use MOD06051 which is a compound that acts as a selective inhibitor of Cathepsin C (CatC), a key regulator of neutrophil serine proteases (NSPs). It works by inhibiting CatC, which in turn suppresses the activation of NSPs, including neutrophil elastase (NE). NSPs are a group of enzymes found in neutrophils that are involved in various inflammatory processes.
