Which model should preferred in simulating upland rice management? CERES-RICE is physiological based model while ORYZA is ...........? Need explanation for their differences.

Oryza and Glablerrima are two cultivated types of rice.
CERES -Rice is a cultivation model.
For upland Glablerrima (African origin ) is more suited .
There is no comparison between ORYZA and CERES-Rice

Both CERES-Rice and ORYZA can be used for lowland and upland.

AquaCrop had the most accurate prediction of biological yield, while CERES-Rice had the highest perdormance of grain yield prediction.
Since all models mainly focus on water and nitrogen availability, therefore, which one is better in upland, is really a gap in research due to differences in other agroecological factors (weather, temperature, air pressure and composition, water content, etc).
