I would like to ask colleagues, when I want to quantify liver fibrosis stained by Sirius red, how many pictures do you take from each sample? Which size and magnification? Do you prefer portal spaces or take randomly? Thank you.

Dear Milena,
We did quantification of fibrosis in mouse liver sections by staining with PicroSirius red, at x10 magnification, performed using ImageJ software. We used a minimum 50 pictures per group.

How many animals you had per group? I have 8.
How did you selected area for measuring? Just following portal spaces as on your picture?
